These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperBroker AI ("Service"), operated by CARDIGITAL FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis (IFZA), UAE. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
SuperBroker AI is an AI-powered advertising management platform that helps real estate brokers create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others.
By using our Service, you agree to comply with Facebook's Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and Community Standards. You grant us permission to access and manage your Facebook advertising accounts through the Marketing API. You can revoke this access at any time.
While we assist in creating and optimizing ad campaigns, you remain solely responsible for the content of your advertisements, the accuracy of property listings, and compliance with local advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate ad creatives, copy, and targeting suggestions. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may require your review and approval before publication. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it goes live.
Advertising performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and ad platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or return on ad spend.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARDIGITAL FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or advertising spend.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will revoke API access and delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
